Bayvanta BioResearch currently ships within the United States only.

Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
 Weather conditions
 Carrier disruptions
 Circumstances beyond our control

Address Accuracy
 Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address
 We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery Confirmation
 If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, customers must contact thecarrier directly
 We may assist with claims, but lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation arenot our responsibility

Shipping Issues & Reshipments
 In cases of loss, delay, or misdelivery, reshipments may be considered 7 business daysafter the scheduled delivery date
 Carrier confirmation is required before reshipment approvalOrder Modifications & Cancellations
